A message to our valued friends and clients:
First of all, we want to thank your trust in our team during these times of unusual stress in our markets and lives. We want to assure all our clients and associates that we will remain open for business and available to answer your calls and questions. We feel our business is an essential one, and we are always available to you for account inquiries and help with any financial and insurance questions.
We are taking every measure possible to keep our place of business safe for our staff, and for our visitors and clients. We are practicing the recommended steps for social distancing, including wiping down and sterilizing as needed.
All team members have private offices in our building, and we have large open spaces in our common areas. Large, private conference rooms are available to meet in for any visitors to our office and are thoroughly cleaned and sterilized after each meeting. The conference room space is large enough to allow for social distancing as needed. We are limiting the number of visitors in the office at one time, so it is recommended to call and schedule an appointment before coming in.
In case you need to meet with us but do not want to come down in person, we are available to meet over the phone, and have the capability for live Zoom video conference calls.
We are confident these stressful and trying times will soon come to pass. We are all in this together, and together we will get through this. We thank each and every one of you for your patience and business.
